Michael RoBards is a licensed clinical social worker (Kentucky LCSW #3207) in private practice in Louisville since 2008, with more than twenty years in clinical work. He specializes in couples, children and adolescents, family reunification, and high-conflict co-parenting, and has extensive family-court experience. Before private practice he ran evaluation and referral at The Brook Hospitals and served as clinical manager of admitting and care management at Our Lady of Peace, both psychiatric hospitals, and he holds an MSSW from the University of Louisville.
He is the steward of the Insight System, a personality framework developed by his mother, neuropsychologist Dr. Martine J.
