Bring it to your therapist
Every result on this site comes with a link you can hand to a therapist, even one who has never seen this site. The page explains itself.
1Do any tool: the values sort, a Bull’s Eye, a check-in. The first thing you save gives you a code; everything after attaches to it.
2On any result page, tap Bring this to your therapist. Copy the link, email it, text it, or print it.
3The link opens a page written for a clinician: what you did, what it means, the published scoring for the check-ins, and a way for them to follow your updates by email. No account on either side.
Your therapist can then add your code to the clinician view and see the same things any time, or follow by email and get a note each time you complete something. You stay in control: the link works for anyone who has it, and you can have everything deleted by replying to any email from the site.
