What the site is
Free reflection and screening tools for adults. They are not therapy, counseling, medical advice, or a diagnosis, and no clinician reviews anything you enter. Using the site does not make you a client of Michael RoBards, The Human Equation, or RoBards Counseling & Consulting, Inc.
Emergencies
The site is not monitored and cannot respond to an emergency. If you are in crisis or thinking about harming yourself, call or text 988 in the United States, contact local emergency services, or go to the nearest emergency room.
Your responsibilities
Enter only your own information (or your own child’s, if you are a clinician assigning a tool under your own judgment and the law), keep your code private, and don’t use the site to harass anyone or to probe it for weaknesses. Automated use is not permitted.
Accuracy
Questionnaires are scored exactly as published by their authors; written reports are generated by a language model and can be wrong. We make no promise that any result is accurate, complete, or suitable for any decision. A screening score is a snapshot, never a diagnosis.
Intellectual property
What Matters, Bull’s Eye as adapted here, the Matrix and Flex decks, the reports, and the site are © RoBards Counseling & Consulting, Inc. Each published questionnaire belongs to its authors and is reproduced under the terms stated on its page. You may print or save your own results freely.
No warranty and limitation of liability
The site is provided as is, without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, RoBards Counseling & Consulting, Inc. and its officers are not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the site. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations, in which case they apply to the extent permitted.
Changes and law
We may change the site or these terms; continued use means acceptance. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.
