For couples

Two people, two sorts, one report written for both of you.

1Each of you does the card sort on your own phone. Five minutes each. You each get a report and a code.
2On either report page, enter the other person’s code. You get a report written for the two of you: what you share, where you’ll need to translate for each other, and where one of you is hungry for something the other already has.
3Read it together. It never says whether you’re compatible; it gives you the conversation. Three conversation prompts at the end are the part couples tend to actually use.

Going further: each of you can throw a Bull’s Eye and see which values are being lived and which aren’t, and the Matrix will show each of you what you do when things get hard and what it costs. A couples therapist can see both of your codes in the clinician view if you share them.
