Who we are

What we collect
Only what you type: a first name if you give one, your email address, your answers (card placements, darts, questionnaire responses, free-text fields), and the reports generated from them. We record the time of each save. We do not collect your name beyond what you enter, your address, payment information, or precise location. Server logs kept by our hosting provider include IP addresses for security and abuse prevention and are used only for that purpose.
Why we collect it
To score and write your results, send them to you, send reminders you opted into, let you return to your results by code or by a link we email you, and let you share results with a therapist by giving them a link. We use your email for nothing else: no marketing lists, no selling or sharing your address.
Sharing
Nothing is shared unless you do it. Anyone who has your code or a share link can open the pages it points to; that is how sharing with a partner or therapist works, and it is why you should treat the code like a password. A therapist who follows your updates by email receives the name of the tool you completed and a link; they never receive your email address from us.
Who processes it
Data is stored on Cloudflare (United States) and email is sent through Resend. Written narratives are generated by a language model running on Cloudflare’s infrastructure from your placements only; your data is not used to train any model. The questionnaires are scored by ordinary code, not by a model.
Health information and HIPAA
This is a consumer self-help tool, not a healthcare provider’s system. It is not covered by HIPAA and using it does not create a treatment relationship with anyone. Your therapist may choose to copy information into their own record under their own rules.
Cookies
None for tracking. The clinician dashboard can keep a client list in your browser’s local storage if you choose the browser-only version.
Retention
Results are kept so you can return to them and see change over time. We keep them until you delete them. You can export or delete everything under your email at any time from your reports page (request a link with your email) or by replying to any email from us.
Children
The site is for adults 18 and over. If you believe a minor has entered information, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, the date at the top changes and the site’s About page will say what changed.
